Sponsorships are U.S. Dollars only.  Sponsorships are not offset or reduced by member activity or in-kind contribution.  Sponsorship level is calculated based on the Sponsorship Tier selected by the company (legal entity).  Sponsorship duration and renewal are set to an "anniversary" basis, 12-months after first joining. Sponsors join via on-line or paper application. The current benefits of each level of sponsorship, respectively, are noted below:

Gold Sponsor ($20,000) – Our Gold Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

·       Speaker Opportunity at NG9-1-1 Annual Honors Reception:  One (1) attending representative will be entitled to make brief remarks and/or be included as an Award Presenter  

·       Space at Capitol Hill Technology Showcase:  Guaranteed space and participation (through a technology demo or presentation) at Capitol Hill Technology Showcase 

·       Speaker Opportunity at Other Events:  As appropriate based on the topic, opportunity to have one (1) representative serve as a speaker, panelist, or other contributor at an Institute event [event topics and schedule subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors]

·       Individual Enhanced Podium Recognition at Other Events:  Special opportunity for a representative from your organization to be separately introduced and recognized at all other events (where introductions are offered and a representative attends – content of remarks and introduction to be provided by Patron) [event topics and schedule subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors]

·       Recognition in Email Newsletter:  Logo and recognition as sponsor in NG9-1-1 newsletters (and recognition in other newsletter features) 

·       Other Promotional Recognition: Logo placement and recognition in ALL other emails/promotional activities of the Institute during the calendar year

·       Guaranteed Inclusion of All Company Events in the Events Calendar:  [copy supplied by Patron] – listings include web link to event registration, Google map of location, and all other information regarding the event

·       Participation in select Events Committee Meetings:  One designated representative of a Patron is invited to attend select Events Committee Meetings and is included in discussions regarding the content, direction, and execution of Institute events [Executive Sessions excluded]

·       Web Site Logo Presentation: Company Logo will be displayed on our Home Page

·       Individual featured video signage:  At all Institute events (where signage is allowed/used).

Silver Sponsor ($10,000) – Our Silver Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

·       Speaker Opportunity at NG9-1-1 Annual Honors Reception:  [after Gold Sponsor right of first refusal] One (1) attending representative will be entitled to be included in the Awards Ceremony  

·       Space at Capitol Hill Technology Showcase:  Space and participation (through a technology demo or presentation) at Capitol Hill Technology Showcase [after Gold Sponsor right of first refusal; subject to space limitations with availability based on order of sponsorship payment received by sponsor]

·       Speaker Opportunity at Other Events:  [after Gold Sponsor right of first refusal] As appropriate based on the topic, opportunity to have one (1) representative serve as a speaker, panelist, or other contributor at an Institute event [event topics and schedule subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors]

Bronze Sponsor ($5,000) – Our Bronze Sponsors will receive the following benefits:

·       Speaker Opportunity at Annual Honors Reception:  [after Gold and Silver Sponsor right of first refusal] One (1) attending representative will be entitled to be included in the Award Ceremony  

·       Space at Capitol Hill Technology Showcase:  Space and participation (through a technology demo or presentation) at capitol hill technology showcase [after Gold and Silver Sponsor right of first refusal; subject to space limitations with availability based on order of sponsorship payment received]

·       Speaker Opportunity at Other Events:  [after Gold and Silver Sponsor right of first refusal] As appropriate based on the topic, opportunity to have one (1) representative serve as a speaker, panelist, or other contributor at an Institute event [event topics and schedule subject to the discretion of the Board of Directors]

·       Page Logo Presentation: Your Logo will be displayed on our Home Page

·       Featured video signage:  At all Institute events (where signage is allowed/used).

·       Promotional Recognition: Logo placement and recognition in select emails / promotional activities of the Institute during the calendar year

The Membership Levels above are available through December 31, 2022.

Sponsorships are not refunded for subsequent company mergers / acquisitions, sponsorship level changes, voluntary or involuntary sponsorship termination, or any other sponsorship changes.  A Sponsor paying via credit card agrees to incur a 2.99% Convenience Fee; ACH, a 1% Convenience Fee in addition to sponsorship expenses.  Upon request / approval, sponsorship may be paid monthly or quarterly (additional 3% Convenience Fee applies).   

​Past due invoice may result in sponsorship termination without prior notice.  Sponsorships do not include additional events for which an attendance fee is required, special event or program sponsorship, or additional / optional elective products or services.  Failure to pay any such additional sponsorship or fees will result in termination of event attendance / elective product or service. Sponsor's failure to attend a voluntary or optional event (fee or not), or use a voluntary or optional service (fee or not), will not result in fee rebate (if paid) or sponsorship rebate. Events cancelled by the event host (not the NG9-1-1 Institute) will not result in a fee rebate. 

Sponsorship applies to an organization.  All individuals in a Sponsor company share the sponsorship.

All Sponsors (upon sponsorship and in perpetuity after sponsorship) agree that any and all of their contribution(s) to the NG9-1-1 Institute through sponsorship of any kind or type, and/or intellectual property contributions of any kind or type, including but not limited to time, effort, written or multi-media work product, or personal appearance or likeness, shall be available to the NG9-1-1 Institute on an uncompensated basis and with a free perpetual license (if applicable). A Sponsor shall have no intellectual property rights or any other rights of any kind or type of rights, interest, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or service mark in the work product, including but not limited to, written document, multi-media product, or any other efforts of an NG9-1-1 Institute Committee, Working Group, or of the NG9-1-1 Institute itself.  Unless otherwise noted, a Sponsor is permitted to reference the posted final work product of an NG9-1-1 Institute Committee, Working Group, or the NG9-1-1 Institute itself, so long as NG9-1-1 Institute is appropriately credited and/or referenced.

​Your sponsorship application includes permission to receive all notices of the NG9-1-1 Institute matters by email, or other means, and to add your email, and all supplied emails to the NG9-1-1 Institute's Newsletter(s) and/or notices, communication, and publications.  By submitting your sponsorship application, you, and any colleagues whose emails are provided at any time, are consenting to receive marketing emails from: executivedirector@ng911institute.org via our email vendor. You can revoke your consent to receive emails at any time by using the Unsubscribe link found at the bottom of every email.  You also consent to use of your name and logo free of all copyright, intellectual property, and/or any other restrictions and/or costs of any kind.  Emails are serviced by Constant Contact - click here for their privacy policy.
